Dr. Jacqueline C. Greenlee

Jacqueline Greenlee is a Commission member with a wide variety of skills and experiences. She is the Director of Organizational Development for Guilford Technical Community College in Jamestown, NC. In her current role, she is responsible for the development and implementation of the institution's comprehensive professional development programs, strategic talent development and the succession planning process. Jackie is a resourceful and highly focused organizational development professional with extensive experience designing and implementing OD initiatives, while enhancing organizational effectiveness and achieving business results. Jackie has a keen ability to rigorously analyze and interpret data to solve both immediate and long-term challenges while bringing creativity, energy, and a spirit of cooperation to any organization. Her areas of specialty include: leadership development, performance coaching, organizational change, project management and strategic planning. She is a registered nurse, certified job and career transition coach, and a certified facilitator of Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and various leadership assessments and business simulations.
